The seasons are changing – and so might the way you use your gas. 

As BBQs and summer camping equipment start being packed away and patio heaters and colder-weather appliances come back into use, it's a good time to give your LPG setup a quick check.

Before using an appliance that's been stored away:

✓ Check the manufacturer's instructions
✓ Look over the appliance and connections for any obvious signs of damage or deterioration
✓ Make sure you're using the correct gas and regulator
✓ Check your cylinder and make sure it's stored correctly
✓ Don't use equipment you're unsure about – get advice first

And if you're putting summer equipment away, don't forget about the cylinder. Store it correctly rather than leaving everything packed away together until next year.
