Before choosing your gas cylinder, check which type of gas the appliance is designed to use.

Different appliances may require propane or butane, and the correct regulator and connection are important too. Don't assume that the cylinder you already have will automatically be suitable for your new appliance.

Before getting set up:

✓ Check the appliance manufacturer's instructions
✓ Confirm whether it requires propane or butane
✓ Make sure you have the correct regulator and connection
✓ If you're unsure, ask before connecting it
